Abstract

Hard work, diligence, discipline, responsibility, demandingness, the ability to define a goal, the ability to choose the way to achieve it, organization, willpower, and systematically raising the level of one's profession are the most important conditions for the teaching profession. In addition to these, the teacher's humanity, compassion, tolerance, honesty, morality, fairness, patriotism, determination, objectivity, including respect for people, high morale, optimistic, demanding in communication, unity with word and deed, friendly, highly cultured to be etc. should include such human qualities. For example, if the "teacher" is not patriotic, lively, in short, a true patriot, if he does not love his country, his country, he cannot educate the person in front of him in this spirit. The great Sadi said: If there is a bad teacher, he cannot raise a happy generation. Integrity between a teacher's words and deeds is one of the requirements for his work. A teacher who stands very high in the eyes of the student becomes ordinary when he does not follow what he says. For example, a teacher calls a student to an advisory hour, an extra lesson, but does not come. Students are waiting and waiting. Next time, the reaction of the students to the teacher's call is not positive. Because they don't believe the words of the teacher. Such teachers are not recognized by the students as frivolous people and lose their reputation. Let's also note that the ordinary word used by the teacher becomes a legal issue for the student. Therefore, the teacher should think and express all his words
