ABSTRACT In a rapidly changing external and internal environment, the implementation of an organization's strategy requires a clear methodology, modern technologies and a well-coordinated management process. This study is devoted to the analysis of methodological approaches used in the process of implementing the strategy, with an emphasis on modern tools and digital technologies, as well as identifying factors contributing to and hindering the successful implementation of strategic plans. The growing uncertainty and the speed of changes in the economy make it urgent to develop and implement strategies that can adapt to external changes. The research methodology includes a qualitative analysis of existing theoretical approaches to strategy implementation and a comparative analysis of the best practices of companies that have successfully implemented digital technologies in their strategies. The work used methods of data analysis and synthesis, as well as thematic analysis of interviews with managers of organizations implementing strategies in the context of digital transformation. As part of the empirical part of the study, a study of the experience of companies in various industries was conducted to identify common success and failure factors.
The results of the study showed that the key factors for the successful implementation of the strategy are: the presence of a clearly formulated methodology, support from management, adaptability and flexibility in the implementation process, as well as the use of digital technologies. The most effective methodological approaches and technologies have been identified that facilitate the adaptation of strategic processes to conditions of uncertainty
