Abstract

            In this work, the main principles of the modern management paradigm were studied. It has, on the one hand, the marketing concept of business management that directs the firm to the customer, and on the other hand, the concept of social responsibility of management, based on the tasks of non-destructive integrative impact of management on society and nature, man and economy. At the same time, management is being institutionalized. It becomes an important and effective regulator of various fields of activity.
