Process analysis of movement of grapes on the surface of the grape sorting table equipped with a reciprocating electromagnetic vibrodrive and supply for the destemmer

Abstract

One of the directions of the development of winemaking is the creation and processing of aggregates for small production wineries that provide their requirements. The article discusses the analysis of the movement of grapes on the surface of the grape sorting table equipped with a reciprocating electromagnetic vibrodrive developed by us and the stable and even supply to the destemmer. The scheme and trajectory of the movement of grapes on the working surface (in chute) of the vibrating sorting table were investigated, the optimal technological parameters were determined, by adjusting the magnetizing current, the amplitude of the oscillation of the working body, accordingly, the speed of movement of grapes in the chute and the productivity of the vibrating table
