Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, artificial intelligence systems, which have become integrated into the daily lives of people from all segments of society, have become an indispensable part of life. From computer-based systems used in the workplace to vacuum cleaners used for home cleaning, from vehicle navigation systems that determine routes to bank accounts that manage investment transactions, from shopping sites where orders are placed to telephones used for calls, artificial intelligence systems are used in many applications used in daily life (Özgeldi, 2019). Artificial intelligence systems, which are becoming increasingly important in today's world, are also having significant effects on people's perspectives on events, their understanding of entertainment, and their lifestyles, in addition to their daily activities and work roles (Altun, 2019). Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Netflix, which constitute some of the largest companies of today and have transferred the social structure and life of the modern world to virtual environments, have based their work plans on artificial intelligence (Özgeldi, 2019). Today, small businesses, large companies, organizations, and governments that want to survive for many years and aim for lasting success are obliged to develop and use artificial intelligence systems. Artificial intelligence systems, in general, are cognitive regulators that can help institutions and organizations make more accurate and effective decisions by processing big data. These systems can be used in every field, from human resource planning to the development steps that states will take. The use of artificial intelligence systems is essential for processing, classifying, monitoring, scaling, organizing, and making correct decisions on information that is important for states (Aydın, 2019). Therefore, states that want to dominate the future must use these systems. Developed countries, aware of this situation, are restructuring their education systems to develop and disseminate artificial intelligence systems. Countries that have achieved significant success in the field of artificial intelligence, such as China and America, have transformed their education systems towards the use and development of artificial intelligence systems (Knox, 2020). This study examines the concrete development of increasingly widespread artificial intelligence systems, their relationship with human intelligence, and their impact on the education system.
