Abstract

This scientific and analytical work presents regional features of morbidity and mortality from breast cancer, as well as a detailed methodology for screening this pathology in our country. The clinical and organizational aspects of early diagnosis based on the method of active detection of this type of cancer in clinically asymptomatic individuals are consecrated. The technique of mammography, the interpretation of mammograms according to the BI-RADS classification and the subsequent routing of the examined women depending on the results of the preventive examination are described in detail.
