Abstract

This article explores the theoretical basis of evolutionary development of corporate governance through a review of literature by domestic and foreign researchers, taking into account conceptual frameworks. It highlights the characteristics, stakeholders, and current trends of corporate governance within the context of contemporary management processes. The study identifies the mechanisms of corporate governance based on the conducted research.
