Abstract

The article examines the role of teachers in the teaching process and the importance of pragmatic approaches. Unlike the previous traditional teacher model, in modern times, teachers are not only transmitters of knowledge, but also facilitators, motivators, and instilling skills and habits that are necessary for students in real life. The article also analyzes the possibilities and benefits of applying a pragmatic approach, that is, experience-based, interactive, and student-centered methods, in the teaching process. The article also focuses on issues such as the importance of communication between teachers and students, group work, project-based learning, and the effective use of innovative technology. Finally, recommendations are made to strengthen the professional development of teachers and their contributions to the teaching process.
