Abstract

Along with the development of the oil industry, the scale of oil-contaminated land is increasing year by year. Before reclamation, it is imperative to measure the degree of toxicity of the soil. In this article, we will get acquainted with 3 different methods (bioanalysis, determination of soil salinity, soil organic carbon and organic matter (Walkley-Black) organization) for the proper collection of a soil sample, its preparation for analysis, and the best way to study that soil sample.
