THE NOBLE HERITAGE OF THE KAZAKH BIY-ORATORS

Today's society requires us to be able to express each person's own opinion, their own thoughts in their place, from the point of view of their own goals and interests, to be able to answer the questions and arguments asked. The ability to reason, argue together with the manifestation of knowledge, skills and vocabulary of a person determines his position in society. It is necessary to learn the basics of a culture of communication, to be able to communicate in accordance with such requirements of society. Oratory is a branch of Kazakh oral literature. There are many opinions about the birth and development of oratory. The same variety of opinions should be grouped into a single channel and brought into a single system. In particular, when studying oratory, very few people have studied our bi-orators in the regions, only in the genealogies and the peoples living in this region are preserved in the form of legendary stories. In this work, the heritage of our biys and orators is not only sought and collected, but also grouped into genre types. It is important to remember that the Kazakh language is the language of the Kazakh people, and the Kazakh language is the language of the Kazakh people. Owing to the unity and power of our people, this heritage has become a legend from word of mouth. This article is devoted to define the significance of the noble heritage of the Kazakh biy-orators in the modern Kazakh literature.
