Analysis of Soil Degradation Processes and Management Strategies in Georgia

This article is dedicated to a complex analysis of the causes, forms, and modern management strategies of soil degradation in Georgia. The paper discusses critical processes such as water and wind erosion, soil salinization, and structural disturbances caused by anthropogenic impact. Based on secondary data analysis, the article assesses the scale of degradation at a regional level and proposes rehabilitation methods, including the importance of conservation agriculture and the restoration of windbreaks. The research findings emphasize the necessity of strengthening sustainable soil management policies to ensure the country's food security.
