Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the physico-chemical parameters of apples of the 'Ariane' variety (Malus domestica 'Ariane') grown in 2026 in one of the farms of the Gusar district of Azerbaijan. A comparative analysis of fruit quality was carried out in two experimental variants: without the use of fertilizers (control) and using a two-time top dressing scheme ["PK Max" (4 l/ha) + amino acids "Aminosol" (500 g/ha)]. In the course of the work, key quality parameters such as the average weight of an individual fruit, its density, as well as the most important biochemical parameters were determined: the content of dry and soluble solids, sucrose, reducing sugars, titrated acidity and concentration of vitamin C. The positive effect of the applied fertilizer complex on the accumulation of monosaccharides in fruits compared with the control variant was established. In the conditions of extreme yields in 2026, the fertilized trees maintained a high respiratory rate, which recorded acids at a higher level than in the version without fertilizers
