Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop methods for the alkylation of aromatic compounds with alkenes. These compounds are synthesized using catalysts based on porous carbon materials. The most effective catalysts for such processes are solid acid catalysts: these are acid, mineral (inorganic) catalysts of nature - zeolites with various modifications, polymer sulfo cation exchangers, mesoporous materials, for example, mesoporous polyaromatic frameworks (eng. porous aromatic frameworks - PAF). , phenol-formaldehyde polymers can be made common. To achieve this goal, the following issues are resolved in the process: [1]

- to carry out the main processes of alkylation of phenols and aromatics;

- synthesis of hydrocarbons and their basis with the presence of mesoporous catalysts;

- selective production of alkylaromatic compounds;

- based on the synthesis and study of physical and chemical properties of the first porous materials

PAF (polyalkyl phenol) and MPF (mesoporous phenol-formaldehyde) are obtained;

- methods of synthesis of polyalkyl phenol and mesoporous phenol-formaldehyde by obtaining various mesoporous species were developed;

Introduction: The alkylation of phenol with olefins is the main industrial process, the synthesis of alkylphenols, based on which a number of valuable products are subsequently obtained: surfactants for various purposes (emulsifiers, demulsifiers, detergents), additives for oils and fuels, rubber, rubber, phenol-formaldehyde resins are synthesized. Of most interest are the higher alkylphenols obtained. In industrial processes based on ethylene oligomers, trimers and propylene tetramers, it is used as plasticizers of polyalkylphenols, polyamides, and antioxidants of oil products.

Ethoxylated polyalkyl phenols - as multifunctional additives, are added to detergents, lubricants, bactericides and fungicides. Alkylphenols are usually long chain. Phenol is obtained by alkylation of olefins and alcohol.
