Abstract

Unfortunately, our time is characterized by a great simplification of the chemical composition of natural products used by humans, which leads to a weakening of the functional activity of organs and systems, to the depletion of compensatory and adaptive mechanisms, to a decrease in the defenses of the human body. Therefore, one of the acute modern problems has become meeting the needs of the population in a balanced diet not only for proteins, fats and carbohydrates, but also vitamins. trace elements and other microfactors. In the soft drinks market of Azerbaijan, against the background of the growth of the drinking mineral water market, drinks with synthetic components predominate, drinks produced from natural raw materials are much worse represented. The purpose of our work was  development of new types of soft drinks of preventive orientation with the addition of vegetable raw materials of Azerbaijan.
