Abstract

Phonotactics is a part of phonology as it studies syllable structures, consonant groups within them and vowel substitution. As we mentioned below, in the study of the phonological system of the language, the determination of the phoneme composition of that language and the status of one or another phoneme plays the role of a platform. Based on this idea, we tried to study controversial issues in the subsystem of vowels and consonants of the Spanish language.
