Abstract

The ability to be a leader is the basis of professional training of management specialists. The definition of the concept of "leader" was given in 1948 by R. M. Stogdill (Ralph Melvin Stogdill), the world's leading expert in the field of leadership research: "A leader is a person who takes on a task himself or distributes tasks among group members so that each of them could show initiative. This is a person who sees a specific goal and ways to achieve it, and also has enough strength and opportunities to do it" [2]. His personal and leadership qualities are the characteristics that form and distinguish each personality and leader in particular.
