ENHANCING READING SKILLS THROUGH THE USE OF THE EWA APPLICATION IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING

This study explores the effectiveness of the EWA application in developing reading skills among foreign language learners, focusing on reading comprehension, vocabulary expansion, and learner engagement. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected through a structured survey targeting 20 participants with diverse levels of foreign language proficiency. The thematic analysis identified key areas for improvement, such as providing more specific feedback and incorporating training for effective usage. These results align with socio-cultural and constructivist approaches, underscoring the potential of digital tools like EWA to enhance learner autonomy and create a more interactive reading experience. This study contributes to the growing body of research on educational technology, offering practical recommendations for optimizing the use of EWA in foreign language education
