Abstract

This article examines the importance of accessibility of tactile-visual signs in the urban environment and their design, taking into account the needs and requirements of all segments of the population. The study focuses on analyzing trends in the accessibility of such signs in the urban environment and their impact on the mobility of citizens with disabilities. Such an approach is relevant and necessary to create a more inclusive and sustainable urban space where every citizen has equal rights and opportunities to utilize urban resources. The question of how tactile-visual elements of urban infrastructure interact with the needs of citizens with low mobility becomes an important aspect of our attention.
