The study of the life and activities of famous historical figures who were once victims of innocent persecution is considered one of the main goals for history. The article tells about the life and work of Sadvakas Osmanov, who served for the good of the country in Central Asia and Kazakhstan, who until now was not personified, was accused of being part of a counter-revolutionary nationalist organization, was arrested, slandered and sacrificed as an enemy of the people, while serving as the first secretary of the Keles district committee.
The services of the Kazakh intelligent, who served in the highest echelons of Soviet power, are important both for history and for today's contemporaries. The purpose of the study is to educate the younger generation to respect their own history, learn from the past, and justify the formation of patriotic qualities in the individual. Results: archival data telling about the life and work of Sadvakas Osmanov are analyzed and the content is revealed. Conclusion: documents from the archives of the Turkestan region were put into scientific circulation. Their analysis helped to fully study the personality of Sadvakas Osmanov, to determine his significance for the history of Kazakhstan as a historical person. Thanks to the educational and creative activity of the historical figure Sadvakas Osmanov, he made a great contribution to the field of education by writing the work "Dictionary of the Kazakh language". The national figures were mostly unfounded slander that they created secret counter-revolutionary organizations to overthrow the USSR
