Neuropsychiatric disorders represent a convergence of neurological and psychiatric conditions, encompassing a spectrum of diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia, and major depression. This paper explores the shared neurobiological pathways that underlie these disorders, including neurotransmitter dysregulation, neuroinflammation, and neurodegeneration. It also examines current diagnostic tools and emerging treatments, highlighting how integrative approaches may redefine our understanding of brain–mind interactions.
