Abstract

The dangers caused by ionizing radiation resulting from the decay of radon are quite large, both in the atmosphere and in the soil and groundwater. All this has a certain influence on the growth and development of the plant. The dangers caused by radiation affect the root system of plants, from where they are fed and, accordingly, the fruit develops.

Determining the radon dose in the soils and atmosphere where animals are released to the pastures requires a special study. If grass growing in the field is irradiated, it will affect animals and therefore end up in human food products. The need to conduct research seasonally allows to solve the problem. Long-term research in this direction will allow us to take preventive measures in the development of animal husbandry.
