Abstract

This article discusses the role of entrepreneurship in conflict-affected areas, particularly in Ukraine. The war in Ukraine has brought about a transformation of entrepreneurial values, as entrepreneurs have been forced to adapt to the challenges of war. Entrepreneurs in conflict-affected areas often face significant challenges, including access to finance, market opportunities, human capital, and institutional support. The article highlights the importance of diagnostics of entrepreneurship efficiency under conditions of war, which should focus on these key factors. Entrepreneurial support for temporarily displaced persons and refugees in the EU has been an important means of promoting economic recovery and growth in conflict-affected areas. Business relocation has also emerged as an important strategy for entrepreneurs seeking to maintain or expand their businesses under conditions of war. The article emphasizes the need for policy makers and entrepreneurs to work together to ensure that entrepreneurship is done in a responsible and sustainable way that promotes economic growth and development.
