New words in the modern Kazakh language: their didactic possibilities

Abstract

The lexical composition of the modern Kazakh literary language is considerably replenished with new words in recent stages. In accordance with the requirements of language policy and language strategy in Kazakhstan, new standards for the system of secondary education it becomes actual for school students to master new words as a didactic language unit. Cognition, assimilation and use of new words in the communicative act contributes to the formation of a schoolchild as a linguistic personality.

The article presents methodological and didactic possibilities of mastering new words in the modern Kazakh language in the system of secondary education.
