Abstract

An overview of the various methods by which pomegranate seed oil can be obtained is presented. A comparison of the effectiveness of the considered methods, taking into account the oil yield and its characteristics, showed that aqueous enzymatic extraction can serve as an effective tool in obtaining an organic target product.
