Testing of structural elements and units of reinforced concrete products, volume-modular structural system in prefabricated design
Abstract
The modern stage of construction of large cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan is characterized by a change in the structure towards the use of structural solutions of multi-storey buildings of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures. In recent years, in a number of countries, including CIS countries, the construction of multi-storey residential buildings from volumetric blocks (modules) is revived at a new technical level with the use of modern construction materials and new technologies.
A large-scale program of construction of multi-storey residential buildings from volumetric blocks is being implemented in Kazakhstan. Limited study of the behavior of such buildings in different climatic zones, lack of sufficient experience in the design and construction of multi-storey buildings from volumetric blocks in Kazakhstan is accompanied by the improvement of technology of manufacturing of volumetric blocks and construction of multi-storey buildings from volumetric blocks in the system of different types of buildings.
The main advantages of the construction of buildings from volumetric blocks lie in the transfer of the main construction processes to factory conditions, which allows to improve the quality of construction, reduce the time of manufacture of structures, allows to automate production cycles and apply efficient construction materials, reduces the impact of seasonality on the production of works, sharply reduces the construction time, significantly reduces the cost of construction.
