Abstract

Although the philosophical interpretation of the concept of civil society is largely subject to past traditions, civil society is given different meanings and interpretations in the political and sociological environment of the modern era. The theoretical and practical compatibility of concepts plays an important role in their interpretation. The theoretical and practical compatibility, differentiation of civil society in terms of function and structure in the global world is of necessary and urgent importance.
