Abstract

Teacher-student relationships are of great importance in education. These relationships increase the student's interest in the educational process, increase their motivation, and contribute to their personal development. The teacher's ability to communicate properly with the student, and to provide support based on their needs and level of understanding, leads to the formation of an effective learning environment. This relationship is very important for understanding the student's successes and difficulties, guiding them correctly, and ensuring their more active participation in the educational process. The quality indicator of modern education is the effective management of the educational process. Quality management of education is a system of development towards high standards and is monitored dynamically. One of the quality indicators of education is the preliminary determination of students' knowledge and skills. It is necessary that skills correspond to the expected learning outcomes and assessment criteria.
