Abstract

The teacher's example, the teacher's authority, and especially the teacher-student relationship play a great role in the formation of the student's personality. The great pedagogue Ushinsky said: "The influence of a teacher, an educator on the young soul is such an educational force that the living example of the teacher is visible, and what is visible is not forgotten. The teacher plays a leading role in the spiritual education of the younger generation, his activity in this area proceeds from pedagogical mastery and a conscientious approach to his work. The teacher's pedagogical skill is not only to know his subject in depth, his greatest skill is to be able to correctly build the student's spirituality, to be able to instill free movement in the search for ways to eliminate his shortcomings. Some teachers base their pedagogical work on giving students only knowledge. However, one of the main ways that makes pedagogical work lively is the correct organization of upbringing.
