The article examines the pedagogical conditions necessary for forming the readiness of future teachers to develop students’ creative abilities. Creativity is considered a key competence of the 21st century, and therefore teacher education must focus not only on professional knowledge but also on fostering innovative and reflective practices. The research emphasizes that readiness to nurture creativity is determined by the integration of innovative teaching methods, personal and professional development of future teachers, and the creation of supportive educational environments. The article highlights the importance of practice-oriented training, collaboration, and cultural engagement as essential conditions for preparing teachers who can effectively stimulate and guide learners’ creative potential
