Abstract

The problem of bullying, or harassment, is currently one of the most acute social problems in the world. Bullying as a social problem is, first of all, a consequence of the dysfunction of social institutions (family, education, first of all), as well as the result of socio-cultural trauma that the country has been experiencing in the last decade.
