Abstract

This thesis analyzes public-private partnership (PPP) as an innovative mechanism for the modernization of public administration. The PPP model contributes to improving the quality of public services, developing infrastructure, and strengthening social sectors by combining the resources, knowledge, and technologies of the public and private sectors. The article analyzes the advantages and potential risks of this model, as well as discusses the necessary legal, institutional, and management frameworks for its more effective implementation.
