Abstract

The article analyzes the issue of primary school teacher training in a multi-level educational environment against the background of changing moral values and paradigms of social cognition in the globalized world. By joining the Bologna Agreement, the Republic of Azerbaijan implemented a new approach to the concept of multi-level education and, again, under the influence of the educational paradigm, implemented new projects and innovative changes. It is from this perspective that, taking into account the existence of a system of subjective relations emerging in the educational space of the republic, there is a need to study the scientific content of the concept of multi-level education in the training of primary school teachers. Multi-level education is an education that brings expediency to the teacher training process, as well as an impetus for the future teacher to continue self-education, self-improvement, self-enrichment, and self-awareness.

Multi-level education opens up new opportunities in the training of a competent primary school teacher who is able to self-enlighten and self-develop in a world that is constantly enriched with innovations. The new era dictates to a person new living conditions that change his inner world, and his existence depends on the ability to be stable in the modern world, on the one hand, and on the other - on the ability to change himself. Stereotypes of thinking in teaching activities lead to negative consequences in the training, upbringing and development of the growing generation. The article analyzes this issue and draws certain conclusions
