Abstract

Cloud technologies have emerged as a transformative force in modern IT project management, reshaping traditional approaches to efficiency, cost optimization, and the implementation of Agile methodologies. This paper examines the extent to which cloud-based solutions enhance project delivery by enabling real-time collaboration, scalable resource allocation, and improved transparency across distributed teams. The study analyzes multiple dimensions of project management performance, including task coordination, budget control, and adaptability to changing requirements. Methodological emphasis is placed on evaluating cloud integration within Agile frameworks, highlighting its role in accelerating iteration cycles and reducing overhead costs. Empirical evidence is drawn from case studies and comparative assessments of organizations adopting cloud platforms for project execution. The findings demonstrate that cloud technologies significantly improve operational efficiency, foster cost-effectiveness, and strengthen the alignment of Agile practices with organizational goals. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of how cloud adoption reshapes IT project management and provides actionable insights for practitioners seeking to optimize project outcomes in dynamic environments
