MODERN ART THERAPY IN WORKING WITH TEENAGERS

The article discusses modern approaches and methods of art therapy used in working with adolescents. The article presents an analysis of the effectiveness of artistic therapeutic practices in the context of psychological support and personal development of adolescents in conditions of increased emotional instability and social challenges. Special attention is paid to such areas as isotherapy, music therapy, phototherapy, digital art therapy and mixed multimodal formats. The possibilities of art therapy in the formation of self-regulation skills, the expression of emotions, the development of creativity and the strengthening of social and communicative competencies are considered. The article provides recommendations for the introduction of art therapy techniques in educational and social institutions, as well as describes the conditions necessary for the successful work of specialists with a teenage audience
