Abstract

With the deep penetration of digital technologies in the tourism industry, the online travel market continues to expand, and China's market size is expected to reach 1.8 trillion yuan by 2025. However, data security risks are rising simultaneously, with 57,092 data breach incidents reported in the global tourism sector during the first half of 2025, where third-party supply chain vulnerabilities accounted for 30%. This paper analyzes the current status of privacy protection, combines the latest enforcement cases of GDPR with the application of federated learning technology, and proposes a three-dimensional solution encompassing technical defense, management optimization, and regulatory adaptation to provide a compliant path for the digital transformation of tourism enterprises
