Abstract

The article analyzes the current qualification requirements of employers, challenges and trends affecting the training of specialists in the context of globalization and digitalization. Key skills that are in demand in the labor market, including technical and flexible skills, as well as the importance of digital literacy and multitasking, are discussed. The description of the problem of non-compliance of the qualifications of graduates of educational institutions with the requirements of employers emphasizes the need to review curricula and interaction between educational institutions and business. Important trends are also discussed, such as working with artificial intelligence, sustainable development and ESG competencies, as well as the role of emotional intelligence and hybrid work formats. The article also provides recommendations for employers, educational institutions and job seekers aimed at successful adaptation to changes in the labor market.
