Social values in students group: social emotional development perspective
Keywords:

“Man is a social being”- the statement, made by Aristotle, has been duplicated and developed many times in the works of philosophers, psychologists, educators, sociologists, physicians and other scientists. Human being becomes a person due to the fact that he lives in society and, in interaction with other people, develops the capabilities that are inherent in his biological nature. Outside of society, these capabilities could not be realized, i.e. man could not become a person to whom society transmits, and who actively assimilates and transforms norms, values and patterns of behavior (Bogdanova, 2009). During socialization, a unique system of personal values is formed. Values form a system of value orientation that forms the basis of consciousness and behavior of the individual and directly affects its development (Gasanova, 2019). Each person lives in a certain system of values.
