Abstract

The implementation of ESG principles is becoming an important element of sustainable entrepreneurship in the context of global challenges. European experience serves as a guide for the adaptation of best practices in Kazakhstan, which strives for economic diversification and integration into the global community. The article examines the implementation of ESG principles in business models, their impact on competitiveness and sustainable development. The European experience is analyzed, including government strategies, legislative initiatives and corporate practices. Particular attention is paid to Kazakhstan: its challenges, opportunities for ESG adaptation and Yessenov University initiatives on training, research and development of partnerships to promote sustainable entrepreneurship
