Abstract

The article develops general approaches and methodology for cultivating, collecting, processing, drying and storing plant materials of species of the genus Iris L. Standards of good agricultural and collection practices for medicinal raw materials (GACP) regulate aspects of ensuring the quality of plant materials. For cultivation two wild species of the genus (Iris sogdiana Bunge, Iris ruthenica Ker Gawl.) were selected.
