Выбор лекарственных растений для использования в получении спиртовых настоев на основе заранее заданных критериев соответствия

Abstract

The relevance of the work is due to the promising direction associated with the problem of selecting and using new sources of natural biologically active substances that increase the body's resistance to adverse environmental factors that support and correct health. The basis of the work is the high content of natural antioxidants in medicinal plants, including those species that have become widespread in the vicinity of the village of Zardabi in the Guba region of Azerbaijan. In assessing the pharmaceutical and medical value of plants and their individual organs, criteria such as accessibility for mass collection and the qualitative and quantitative composition of chemical components are often used. Everything is clear about accessibility, but as for clarifying the chemical composition, it is necessary to clarify the content of active components beneficial to health in each of these plants, in particular polyphenols, which may vary depending on the place and conditions of their growth. In this study, a comparative assessment was given to several local medicinal plants as raw materials for use in the production of medicinal tinctures. Moreover, not only based on the highest possible content of common polyphenols in them and taking into account the quantitative content of simple sugars in them, given the undesirability of their presence in tinctures in high concentrations in a number of diseases
