DEVELOPMENT OF PHARMACOPOEIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL QUALITY PARAMETERS OF MEDICINAL PLANT RAW MATERIALS FROM COTONEASTER MULTIFLORUS AND COTONEASTER MELANOCARPUS

The article presents the results of studying the process parameters (specific gravity, bulk density, volume density, porosity, voidage, free volume of the raw material layer, absorption coefficients of extractants) and some pharmacopoeial quality indicators (humidity, total ash, ash insoluble in hydrochloric acid, raw material grinding, foreign impurities, total content of extractable matters) of Cotoneaster multiflorus and Cotoneaster melanocarpus plant materials (leaves). The results of the study of the process parameters will be used in the development of technology for obtaining extracts, the established criteria will be included in the quality specification of the Cotoneaster raw materials.
