Dialogue of cultures as a source of cultural integration

Abstract

In the context of modern socio-cultural processes, the problem of interaction between cultures has acquired particular relevance. The multiple acceleration of the pace of development of modern science and technology has led to a rapid increase in the pace of life and the number of intercultural communications. Based on this, it can be argued with a high degree of confidence that there is not a single nation left in the world that has not at least once experienced the need to establish intercultural ties with representatives of another nation. Contacts with other ethnic groups and cultures can be of a different nature - from aggressive to friendly and visa verse. The study of cultures in their interaction allows us to find out the principles and forms of their relationship, the degree of their "compatibility" with each other and the level of closeness of their interests.
