Abstract

The poultry industry of Kazakhstan is based on the use of foreign highly productive crosses. And in this regard, the question arises of creating a domestic base. There are no breeds and crosses of birds of various directions, which motivates them to create their bird crosses.

The intensification of poultry production led to a wide distribution of birds, belonging to a relatively limited number of breeds and crosses. An important problem of genetics and breeding is the study of the interaction of genotype and environment, as well as some biochemical indicators with the productivity of birds. Studying this issue will solve the problem of using poultry in different environmental conditions and predict its productivity.
