THE ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESS OF PROTECTING CITIZENS’ RIGHTS THROUGH VARIOUS HUMAN RIGHTS AND METHODS AND MECHANISMS
Abstract
This article explores the multifaceted process of protecting citizens' rights through various human rights methods and mechanisms. It examines the interplay between international human rights law, national legal frameworks, and the role of non-state actors in safeguarding fundamental freedoms. The analysis encompasses both legal and practical dimensions, investigating the effectiveness of different approaches in addressing human rights violations. The abstract considers the strengths and limitations of international treaty bodies, regional human rights courts, national human rights institutions, and civil society organizations in promoting and enforcing human rights standards. It also addresses the challenges posed by globalization, political instability, and resource constraints in ensuring effective human rights protection. Finally, the abstract emphasizes the importance of a holistic and multi-layered approach, involving collaboration among diverse stakeholders, to strengthen human rights protection mechanisms and achieve tangible improvements in the lives of individuals
