Abstract

The article presents the justification of the main design parameters and operating modes of a biogas plant intended for small farms. The relevance of biogas technologies is due to the need for renewable energy sources and sustainable waste management in agricultural production. The study analyzes the influence of substrate composition, hydraulic retention time, temperature regime, and organic loading rate on biogas yield and energy efficiency. Based on the analysis, optimal operating parameters are proposed for small-scale biogas plants, ensuring stable operation and economic feasibility
