Taxonomic structure and pathogenic activity of mycobiota formed in livestock complexes
Keywords:

The presented work is devoted to the protection of the structural organization and pathogenic activity of mycobiota formed in livestock complexes. It has become known that 59 species of fungi belonging to 14 genera are involved in the structural organization of mycobiota formed in livestock complexes. It has been found out that Aspergillus, Fusarium and Penicillium make up 49.2% of the total mycobiota, showing a dominant position within the mycobiota formed in livestock complexes. The imbalance of ecological factors in livestock premises leads to a significant activation of the potential pathogenic content of mycobiota, which has led to a violation of the mycological safety of kept animals and working people.
