Abstract

With the achievement of independent development of multi-ethnic Kazakhstan over the past 30 years, society and the public know that interethnic misunderstandings occur from time to time in the republic. It is known that representatives of more than a hundred ethnic groups live in the republic. In this regard, we will consider the reasons for the difficulties arising in interethnic relations in the Turkestan region. The report analyzes the causes of interethnic conflicts between the indigenous Kazakh ethnic group and the Uzbeks and Tajiks in contact with them, including in the region we are studying and in the large metropolis of Shymkent, as well as their completion. We pay attention to ways to resolve the tension in the problem we are considering.
