THEORETICAL AND HISTORICAL BASIS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY

Entrepreneurship as a type of economic activity arose in the Middle Ages. During these times, merchants and artisans began to engage in entrepreneurship. The emergence of capitalism created conditions for the growth of wealth and profit. The formation of productive forces and production relations gave impetus to the development of entrepreneurial activity. From the middle of the 16th century, the first joint-stock companies began to emerge. The first joint-stock company was established in the sphere of international trade. In 1554, in Russia, in 1600, England - OST - India, and in 1602 - in Holland, OST - India was established. the first English trading company was founded to trade.
Entrepreneuer is an Arabic word meaning owner, and kar means owner. The terms "Entrepreneurial activity" and "Entrepreneur" were first used by Richard Cantillon, an economist who lived at the beginning of the 18th century.
An entrepreneur is a person who evaluates the usefulness of work, organizes a new enterprise or takes on the risk and responsibility related to the development of a new idea. In addition, other economists have explained the concept of entrepreneurship in their own way.
