STROKE AS AN EMERGENCY CONDITION: ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL OUTCOMES AT THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE HOSPITAL IN ASTANA
Abstract
Stroke remains one of the leading causes of death and disability in Kazakhstan. Timely care, early diagnosis, and optimization of patient routing significantly affect the outcome of the disease. The Astana Emergency Medical Care Hospital (EMCH) provides intensive care and primary neuroimaging, which allows for the assessment of the actual clinical results of emergency care. This study aims to analyze the clinical outcomes of stroke patients at the EMCH based on 37 observations.
